After banking with one of the big four banks my whole life, I thought I’d shop around before getting a home loan. Matthew and his team at Decision Finance were amazing. He came to my place, at my convenience, explained all my options; and which loans would suit me and my lifestyle. I was tentative at first, so I went back to my original bank to compare deals. My bank didn’t even come close to the offers Matt presented me with. I had a 30-day settlement and Matt made sure everything ran smoothly, answering all my phone calls and putting my mind at ease. His services didn’t end after settlement date. He called and made sure I was happy with my new bank and if there was anything he could help me with. If it wasn’t for Decision Finance, I’d be paying an extra $2000/year on interest alone.
