When we first contacted Arshak at Decision Finance, we had already tried a few different avenues to get a loan, which meant taking time off work and lots of travel. So the fact that he comes to you was definitely a bonus.  They say first impressions count and from the start Arshak was extremely warm and friendly – he makes you feel like family – and he has a calm and confident, yet humble nature.  Buying a home can be really stressful at the best of times but it was obvious that he knows the system and what lenders look for, and we immediately felt at ease.  He was fast and accurate with everything that was required and did a vast amount of paperwork behind the scenes. Not only do we trust him implicitly, but would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Arshak got us the loan – and therefore our home, when no-one else could. Thank you.
